AWIR embraces rheumatology fellows and trainees as its most important resource. After all, you are the future of the field!

AWIR fellows are truly the future of rheumatology; the education they receive today will shape what happens in the field of medicine tomorrow. If they learn the importance of patient care and how to be generous with themselves, both as clinicians and for their own health, these fellows will have the energy to effectively contribute to patient care, practices, or research

- Priya Reddy, MD, FACR, AWIR Secretary and Treasurer
